Welcome to Insight OS! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and InsightOS Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of Insight OS, our intelligent typing enhancement software and related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Insight OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service.

Service Description

Insight OS is an AI-powered typing enhancement tool designed to improve your writing experience by:

• Learning and adapting to your unique writing style
• Offering intelligent auto-completion and text prediction
• Supporting academic and professional writing standards
• Integrating seamlessly with your existing applications
• Processing reference documents for contextual assistance

Service Availability: We strive to maintain high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

User Eligibility & Account

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Insight OS
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• You are liable for all activities under your account
• One account per person; no account sharing

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

• Personal, academic, and professional writing enhancement
• Creating original content with AI assistance
• Improving writing efficiency and quality
• Educational and research purposes

Prohibited Uses

• Creating content that violates laws or infringes on rights
• Generating spam, misinformation, or harmful content

Enforcement: Violation of these policies may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

AI Services & Content Ownership

AI-Generated Content

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI output
• We do not guarantee uniqueness of AI-generated content

Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of your original written content
• AI suggestions become part of your content when incorporated

Responsibility for Use

• You are solely responsible for how you use AI suggestions
• Ensure compliance with academic integrity policies
• Verify information before publication or submission

Subscription & Payment Terms

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Service continues until the end of the billing period

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Service provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Important: You acknowledge that AI-generated content requires human review and that you are responsible for ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of all content you create or submit.

Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration

• Disputes resolved through binding arbitration, not courts
• Arbitration conducted on individual basis (no class actions)
• Governed by rules of the American Arbitration Association
• You may opt-out within 30 days of accepting these Terms

Exceptions

• Small claims court disputes (under jurisdictional limits)
• Intellectual property disputes
• Injunctive relief for Terms violations

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes & Termination

Terms Updates

Service Termination
